Additional information: • These roles are Permanent Part-time, with a variety of contract sizes available • Applications close Tuesday 3 March 2026 • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). • If your application is progressed, you will be invited to a Group Assessment Centre on Wednesday 4 March 2026 • If your application is successful, you will be required to attend a 2-day welcome on Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 March 2026
Sales Co-worker As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Working a shift range between 8am and 9:30pm • Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions. • Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth. • Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked. • Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Food Co-worker As a Food Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Working a shift range between 7:30am and 9:30pm • Ensuring your area is efficiently maintained in compliance with Food standards by keeping it clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience. • Food preparation, cooking, serving and customer service with a focus on food safety, controlling waste, and following production levels and cooking methods. • Processing dishes and maintaining the washing up area and machines whilst supporting and maintaining the cleanliness of the customer restaurant. • Active selling, cash handling, operation of ovens & fryers.
Fulfilment Operations Co-worker As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Working a shift range between 6am and 10pm • Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs. • Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails. • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues. • Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks. • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.
Fulfilment Operations Co-worker (Overnight) As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker (Overnight) your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Working a shift range between 2am and 12pm • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers. • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues. • Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks. • Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse. • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.
