Additional Information: • These roles are Temporary Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight for 6 months • This role requires availability to work between the hours of 8:00am and 9:30pm Monday to Sunday • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). • If your application is progressed you will be required to attend a Group Assessment Centre on Wednesday 6 August 025 • If you are successful for this role, you will be required to attend a 3-day Welcome induction on 18-20 August 2025

As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions. • Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth. • Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked. • Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
As Sales Co-worker you are or have: • Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers. • Able to prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity. • Adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience. • A friendly attitude and are comfortable with connecting and interacting with people. • A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling • Heavy and repetitive lifting may be required in some roles
