  • What you'll need to have

    • 5 Years of experience working in a retail and/or logistics role, including previous management experience of leading others with a proven record of successful leadership of people and business.
    • Proven analytical skills and an understanding budget, cost and key performance measurements used to steer the business.
    • Proven ability to inspire and engage others and leading in a changing environment.
    • Experience applying tactical and operational thinking, implementing action plans, providing clear direction and following up on goals.

    Your responsibilities

    Contributes to a seamless customer experience with an effective and efficient replenishment process by taking direct responsibility for the following:
    • Works closely with the in-store Logistics department and other stakeholders to secure a flexible product capacity plan and an effective, qualitative and efficient goods flow process.
    • Plans and oversees the stock accuracy management process.
    • Support commercial calendar, local activities, peak planning and sales steering implementations.
    • Compares retail store sales forecast against actual sales to optimize fulfillment flows, address stock discrepancies and planned sales floor stock structure.
    • Contributes to securing the product range change process by monitoring and communicating changes to commercial team partners.
    • Contributes to, and assists in implementing, the store business and logistics action plans.
    • Provides training and coaching on sales forecasting, analysis, and stock management processes.
    • Contributes to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

    The full salary range for this role is $87,048 - $126,200

    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 87,048 USD to 126,200 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
