    • Keeping the customer in focus and taking action to optimise sales and inspire our customers.
    • Ensuring your area of responsibility is commercial, clean, tidy, attractive and inviting by building competence with your coworker team.
    • Being passionate about the food we serve and sell, actively learn about it and sharing your knowledge with customers and colleagues.
    • You contribute and support the implementation of the store's Business Plan and IKEA Food action plan.
    • Promoting a safety-first culture, as well as coaching others in ensuring routines and requirements are known and followed in all daily work.

    Other information

    • This position is for an average of 37 hours pr. week on an individual contract.

    • Your working time will vary based on the business need, but with a large flexibility within the working week. You will have both evening and weekend work. Every third weekend shifts between 8-21, weekdays 8-16, and one evening per week 13-21.

    • Salary within IKEA’s salary policy is based on your competence and includes pension.

    • We have various staff benefits, including private health insurance, massage, staff canteen, staff discount, a discount club with external partners, a yearly gift, and a bonus.

    • We want you to start 1/12-2025.
