We are now looking for an Online Range Specialist with a passion for sales, who wants to achieve maximum sales growth and profitability in the eCommerce channel by contributing actively to attracting and converting more consumers to customers. You do this by offering and optimizing the best shopping experience through leveraging the home furnishing competence and commercial advantage of the IKEA concept.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• You have proven professional experience in eCommerce, Digital or Sales Management area in creating qualitative commercial offers and performance.
• You have a very good knowledge of digital merchandising and sales steering methods in an Omnichannel/multichannel environment (preferably experience working in other retailers and experience of digital business).
• You have worked with UX (user Experience) and user journeys, and you can make business decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data from e.g., GA4, A/B split tests and user tests.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are self-driven and motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• You strive to exceed goals and you are curious to find more effective ways of working.
• You have very good knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics (Qlikview, Access considered as an advantage).
• You have an interest and passion for online shopping and would like to play an active role in digital transformation in IKEA.
• You have an interest in home furnishing.
• Fluent in Danish and English – written and oral.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Act as a member of the eCommerce team and proactively contribute to the eCommerce plan/output to deliver the common objectives and goals.
• Be responsible for ensuring the agreed product range is visible and buyable on the IKEA online channels according to the business rules.
• Be responsible for maximizing the online sales and sales margin of the range in collaboration with Selling.
• Prepare to offer the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing insight and ideas to the briefing process and securing the availability of the online offer.
• Contribute with insights to key stakeholders in the market and the global matrix on how to improve the multichannel customer experience.
• Contribute to optimizing the range offered in collaboration with respective Sales Leaders and work proactively towards stakeholders to secure correct fulfilment and forecast at the product level.

You will work in the Selling team IKEA Denmark together with another Online Range Specialist. We are focusing always on an omnichannel perspective and with Online Specialists from other departments like Marketing, Home Furnishing Retail Design we are striving for the best customer experience at ikea.dk. It is a cross-functional approach which demands good communication skills, collaboration and networking.

This role sits within the Selling Department at IKEA Taastrup where our Head Office is located.

We are a global company and with that, we are operating in a global given frame in the online landscape.

Other information

The position is for 37+ hours per week on an individual contract. Overtime is sometimes expected and reflected in wages.

Salary within IKEA's salary policy is based on your skills and includes pension.

We have various benefits such as health insurance, massage, canteen, staff discount, discount club with external partners, annual gift and bonus.

We don't have any Mobility (help with relocation, documents etc.)

Start date: 1 November/December 2024
