    For this role, we believe you have experience leading people and/or managing processes. You have a background in sales operations and are comfortable monitoring performance, analyzing results, and driving actions based on your findings.

    Your responsibilities

    In the role of Country Sales Support Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the Sales function at the Service Office (Head Office) in gaining insights into sales performance, as well as planning and coordinating sales activities to enable extraordinary growth. The main stakeholders are our HFB business leaders and HFF/HFA managers.

    • Coordinate setting prices and supply forecasting across the Home Furnishing Business area, together with the pricing, performance and product quality manager. Ensure pricing and supply forecasting support achieving the target financial frame.
    • Perform selling administrative tasks including range dimensioning, activity-related administration, range management, updating sales steering tools, reporting, and sales monitoring to support Business Leaders.
    • Support the Pricing, performance and product quality manager to monitor sales and gross margin performance, identify deviations, and activate the business via Business Leaders.
    • Act as a member of the Selling team and proactively contribute to the Selling plan/output to deliver the common objectives and goals.
    • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, and common focus and to maximize impact (for example Digital, CFF (Customer fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, Business Navigation, People & Culture).
    • Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the selling function to contribute to the business goals.
    • Measure performance of output in sales activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure performance excellence throughout the year.
    • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.

    Other information

    • This position is for an average of 37 hours pr. week on an individual contract.
    • Salary within IKEA’s salary policy is based on your competencies and includes pension.

    • This role is in Service Office, IKEA Taastrup, Copenhagen and we expect a minimum of 3 days per week in Service Office.
