    Additional Information:
    • This role is Temporary (until 31 August 2026), Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight based in Service Office, Tempe NSW.

    About this work area

    As an Accounting & Reporting Specialist (Source to Pay) you play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial transactions across the Source to Pay cycle. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Manage and maintain supplier master data to ensure integrity and compliance with procurement policies.
    • Oversee purchase order governance, ensuring alignment with budget controls and timely approvals.
    • Monitor invoice processing, including 2-way and 3-way matching, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Procurement and Finance teams.
    • Coordinate timely and accurate vendor payments, ensuring adherence to payment terms and internal controls.
    • Investigate and resolve blocked invoices, unmatched transactions, and duplicate payments.
    • Support month-end close activities related to payables and ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. vendors, financial institutions, auditors) to ensure smooth execution of S2P processes.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and supporting automation and system enhancements.



    • Solid experience working across the Source to Pay process, from managing supplier data to ensuring invoices are matched and payments are made on time.
    • A keen eye for detail and a curious mindset. You enjoy diving into data, spotting inconsistencies, and resolving problems.
    • Confidence using tools like iPay, iSell, SAMS, and Microsoft Excel , and you are comfortable learning new systems.
    • The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying focused and accurate, especially in a fast-paced retail environment.
    • A collaborative spirit where you build strong relationships with teams across the business and with external partners.
    • A drive to simplify and improve current ways of working even if that means challenging the status quo.
