WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be: 27th July 2025 • Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour. • 12, 16, 18 and 24 hours weekly, working between 3 to 4 days weekly & 3 out of 4 weekends per month. Working hours are between 9:30am to 9:30pm. • We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Previous experience is not essential; all you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment. • You are computer literate and able to work with technology. • Approachable to support the customers. • Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail. • Self motivated and confident to make decisions independently to support the customer & business needs.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Your priority is the customer experience, focusing on enhancing sales and ensuring stock availability while maintaining an organised, tidy shopping environment and preparing for the next day's delivery. • Provide a memorable shopping experience - by approaching the customer to identify their needs, advise them on ideal solutions for their life at home and improve their shopping experience. Bring your personality to work. • Manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock safety. • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
