    The minimum salary for this position, based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week), is € 3,250 gross per month (KV, ALL-IN in flexitime). Depending on qualifications, there is a willingness to overpay.

    Working hours: Flexible from Monday to Friday, Saturdays if required - 5 days per week.

    Your responsibilities

    Are you ready to take the next step in your career? With our IKEA Trainee Program you lay the foundation for your future as a manager. Our goal is to develop you within 3 years into a new IKEA manager who successfully leads a department.

    What is it about?

    Leading the day-to-day end-to-end operations of the unit Managing, coaching and developing the operational teams.
    Ensuring that everything is done with high quality, at the lowest possible cost, with the customer in mind and always with a focus on a safe, sustainable and healthy work environment on a daily basis.

    The training plan includes:
    - Comprehensive training and education in the warehouse.
    - Development of your leadership skills through responsibility for your own projects.
    - Support from a personal mentor during the trainee program.
    - Specifically in this trainee program you will learn and be responsible for:
    - Short to medium-term planning of the handling of units and warehouse capacity.
    - the core processes of business operations (delivery service schedule, unloading, goods replenishment, storage, storage location planning and goods mapping, picking, packing (for fulfillment), loading, reverse flow, handover, inventory, order and process planning, product recovery, in-unit service execution (for fulfillment).

    During the trainee program you will be supported by coaching, mentoring and a lively feedback culture, so that you become part of a unique network and can successfully shape your career at IKEA.

    What you bring to the table:
    • Higher education is a plus, but not mandatory.
    • Very good knowledge of German and English.
