  • What you'll need to have

    Your responsibilities

    • Responsible for securing efficiency, implementing improvements, new operational processes, technologies, and ways of working throughout the operations (inbound, replenishment, outbound, services execution (if applicable) to enable an excellent customer and co-worker experience.

    • Responsible to secure a close cooperation and strong communication with Integration team management team or support functions and External Transport/Service Providers, to secure the highest goods availability and customer order fulfilment at the lowest possible cost.

    • Accountable to ensure that the Operations team works in compliance with the IKEA code of conduct, all functional relevant Standard Operating Procedures, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment.

    • Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing Operations team by working closely with Integration team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.

    • Responsible for the implementation of the Sustainability agenda in the assigned unit operations environment.

    About this work area

    【Employment Status】
    - Full-time regular employee- 40 hours per week contract
    - Probation period: 6 months
    - Start date is the first day of every month (consult with us about your start date)
    - Retirement age: 65 years old
