    Job description

    Your new job

    As our Production Manager, you’ll be a part of the Site Management team and together with your colleagues play a key role in our factory by; developing people, improving production flows, and building a safe and efficient workplace. You will help steer our long‑term direction while solving everyday challenges with curiosity, confidence, and optimism. You’ll report to the Site manager and work closely across functions in the factory to keep our processes safe, simple, and efficient.

    On a typical day, you will:
    • Lead and support production teams to work safely and with high quality
    • Drive improvements in flow, cost, and ways of working
    • Build a strong safety, people, and performance culture

    What we’d like you to bring

    You enjoy leading others and you know how to turn goals into real results. You think long‑term, act fast when needed, and use data and insights to make good decisions. You’re good at simplifying, reducing waste, and creating clarity for your team even when things are uncertain or changing.

    • Have experience leading people in a production or manufacturing environment
    • Understand production processes and enjoy improving them
    • Care deeply about safety, quality, and developing your team
    • Feel confident navigating change with a positive mindset

    It’s a plus if you have experience with lean/continuous improvement or working in an international environment.

    The expected salary range for this position is 5600-6800 EUR monthly. This range should give you a clear sense of what you can expect for this role. It is based on our internal salary structure as well as the competence, experience, and knowledge level we are looking for. Please note, that the actual offer will be discussed later in the process with the final candidate.
