    A day in your life with us

    As an IT Intern, you will focus on end-user support for desktops, laptops, and business applications. Your tasks will include ticket management, assisting with problem management, installations, and registration of new hardware. Flexibility and initiative are key, as no two days will be the same. You will learn:

    - Handle end-user requests and provide technical support.

    - Manage tickets and assist with problem resolution.

    - Install and register new hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers, and peripherals.

    - Collaborate with the Digital Service Operations team to ensure smooth operations.
    Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with a wide variety of people.

    You will be part of the Digital Service Operations team as a technical support intern. This TSS team supports 16 INGKA locations in the Netherlands. Having a driving license or access to a car is a plus, but we can also provide you with a company car if needed.



    You are an enthusiastic and proactive person who can work accurately and independently. You are assertive, not afraid to ask questions and share your opinion. You are eager to learn and able to connect theory to practice. t IKEA, we value individuality and creativity. We are looking for someone who is:

    - Following an IT-related study with a minimum level of MBO 3 and the internship is part of your educational program.

    - Demonstrate ability to handle end-user requests 

    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in Dutch and English) 

    - Knowledge with electrical devices and computer hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers and peripherals 

    - Any experience with ticketing system is a plus 

    - Has the ability to deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism while often maintaining confidentiality;
