Who you are
'- You have a deep understanding of Source to Pay Indirect (S2Pi) processes and bring valuable experience in implementing them.
- You’re a skilled communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across different teams.
- You thrive in environments that require adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You’re detail-oriented, yet you understand the importance of strategic thinking.
- You speak fluent English and have a solid understanding of local markets and business environments (CZHUSK).
Your responsibilities
'- Implement and maintain standardized S2Pi processes in line with IKEA’s global principles and frameworks.
- Support key users and organizational units in navigating and resolving challenges related to S2Pi processes.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and implement innovative, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and share best practices across the organization.
- Deliver tailored training and support for local teams to enable successful adoption of new processes.
- Actively contribute to the objectives of the Business Operations Transformation (BOT) program.

In this role you will work in Bratislava and report to the Country Transformation Manager.
