    Job description

    As a Graphic Communication Coworker, you will:

    • Develop and maintain graphic communication solutions that support IKEA's brand and business goals.
    • Translate IKEA's concept and tone of voice into clear, engaging designs for all store communications.
    • Collaborate with interior designers and visual merchandisers to create effective store communication materials.
    • Oversee print communication, ensuring visual balance, quality, and cost-efficiency.
    • Ensure all communications are customer-friendly, functional, and consistent with IKEA guidelines.
    • Work closely with the Com&In team and other store functions to maximize commercial opportunities.
    • Stay up to date with knowledge about home furnishing, communication and retail design trends to follow creative directions that inspire and surprise store visitors through the IKEA visual and verbal identity.

    Qualification
    • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
    • Experience of working with graphic design in an advertising agency or a printing company.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
    • Knowledge of print and digital design standards.
    • Strong collaboration skills with marketing, communication, and commercial teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Passion for home furnishing, design, and IKEA's values.

    More Information

    This position is full-time and is located in Tetouan, Morocco. Some travel may be required.
