    For this role we believe you have knowledge and experience of leading teams within different disciplines within E-commerce like content, search optimization and visual merchandising. You have experience from leading in change in a complex business
    environment and find that as a positive challenge.
    You have a good knowledge of online retailing and the expectations from customers that you need to meet and exceed today and tomorrow when it comes to online
    experience and what drives engagement and conversion.

    Finally, you have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships as well as ability to coach and influence a team of co-workers while communicating in an inspirational way (Swedish & English) with the IKEA tone of voice.
    Your responsibilities
    In the role as Country Online Content Team Leader, you are responsible for leading a team of 9 online specialists, optimizing, localizing and creating world class content for IKEA.se and the APP to drive visitation, engagement and conversion as well as strengthen the IKEA brand.

    YOU WILL (among other things) ;

    •Lead, coach and develop an operational online content team, securing competent and high performing coworkers that will strongly contribute to reach the common objectives and goals
    •Be responsible for the online content direction and operations on the market, transforming strategic and tactical commercial plans into reality.
    •Further develop and lead the processes needed to, in an effcient way, secure an integrated and high qualitative online content in writing and Visuals.
    •Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders across the organization to secure an excellent online customer experience.
    •Proactively contribute to IKEA business plan, commercial plan, and commercial calendar process and provide input to key stakeholders to feed business plan and market input.
    •Be a visionary leader and creator in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.

    In this role you report to the Country E-commerce Manager.
