This might be the right opportunity for you: Ingka Treasury is recruiting for an Investment Technology Solution Analyst as part of the Ingka Treasury Technology team.

    You have preferably 2 years of similar experience within Treasury/Investments and hands-on experience with application and service management.

    You are a good listener, communicator (English) and have good analytical skills, with the ability to challenge and think in solution and holistic terms. You have business mindset, and you have previous experience with key stakeholder engagement, project management and change management.

    Ideally, you have also gained some experience or knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

    • Knowledge of Ingka’s business model and a reasonable understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
    • In-depth understanding of the functional details of treasury/investments and how it is implemented in the respective technology solutions (BlackRock Aladdin, Quantum, Bloomberg, 360T, SWIFT, Financial Market Data etc.)
    • Good understanding for digital solutions and the value of data
    • Understanding of business process and their implementation
    • Project management and related change management

    You demonstrate good judgment, high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and maturity. You can prioritise and take sound and common-sense decisions. You get energised by contributing to overall success and results through collaboration and get inspired by working together in a multicultural and multinational environment.

    You are fluent in English (both spoken and written) and, of course, you share and live the IKEA culture and values.

    Your responsibilities

    To be successful in this role, you need:

    • Be accountable for solution delivery of the assigned investment-related solution(s) including business development, release management, life cycle management, day-to-day operations, business continuity, and business support
    • Lead continuous improvement of the investment solution(s)
    • Lead supplier engagement for the assigned solution(s), with a focus on operational delivery
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining a solution roadmap and architecture
    • Ensure solution compliance with internal rules and standards (e.g., information security, segregation of duties, privileged access management), as well as legal and regulatory requirements
    • Fully understand and manage the solution-specific configuration, functionality, processes, and information (ownership ultimately resides with the business)
    • Responsible for solution testing (planning and execution) and phased release management
    • Deliver training and supporting materials related to the solution
    • Lead or participate in various Investment projects and pre-studies
    • Identify and drive ongoing operational improvements, including the adoption of best practices and providing 2nd line support
    • Own the solution’s change management and release processes

    This role is based in Dublin (Blackrock Village) in a hybrid working model allowing for some home office as well as frequent engagement with the Treasury Technology team in Brussels.
