    Who you are
    You are a passionate and experienced Infrastructure Engineer who thrives on building secure, scalable, and well-governed cloud environments. You enjoy turning complexity into clarity and are motivated by enabling teams through robust platforms. With a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, identity management, and automation, you know how to design and manage systems that support digital transformation at scale.

    This role is part of the Forestland Digitalization Team, contributing to our mission of transforming how forestland assets are managed through technology. You will take the lead in shaping and maintaining our Azure Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, compliant, and efficient. Your work will be foundational to the success of our data platform and application landscape, enabling data-driven decision-making across our international forestry operations.

    We would love to talk with you if you recognize yourself in the majority of the following:

    • Academic qualifications in Computer Science, or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as Azure infrastructure lead.
    • Proven experience in PowerShell, DevOps, Terraform with YAML, Azure CLI.
    • Proven experience with identity management and role-based access of internal and external solutions.
    • Extensive knowledge of cloud and information security.
    • Solid understanding of basic systems operations (disk, network, operating systems, etc.) .
    • Document the process and procedures with respect to the Azure platform, Governance.
    • Alignment with solution architects, development team.
    • Alignment with Infrastructure and Governance team of Renewables Investments Portfolio and Ingka Investments Digital Team.
    • International working experience preferably within the asset management industries
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and happy to work across language barriers
    • The ability to manage tasks effectively with purpose to arrange large and potentially complex multi-tenant cloud infrastructure in an international environment.
    • International experience and an understanding of cultural differences.
    • Experience in contractual dynamics and having good administrative skills

    What you'll be doing day to day

    As an Infrastructure Lead in our Forestland Digitalization team, your days will be spent shaping the foundation of our Azure-based technology platform. You will be instrumental in driving our cloud infrastructure strategy and ensuring smooth, secure operations across our international digital ecosystem.
    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Designing and Building Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices with tools like Terraform, Azure CLI, and PowerShell.
    • Establishing Governance and Security Standards: Implement and enforce cloud governance frameworks covering identity and access management, cost control, monitoring, and compliance.
    • Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with data engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure supports application and analytics needs.
    • Managing Identity and Access: Configure and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) to manage internal and external access to our cloud resources.
    • Driving Automation and DevOps: Create and maintain DevOps pipelines to automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and updates.
    • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor system performance and availability, respond to incidents, and implement solutions to ensure platform reliability.
    • Documenting Standards and Procedures: Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and best practices to support operational excellence and onboarding of new team members.
    • Contributing to Global Alignment: Coordinate with the central governance teams at Ingka Group Digital to align our infrastructure practices with enterprise-wide standards.
