IKEA London City are looking to welcome an Internal communications specialist. This means you will work in both IKEA Hammersmith and IKEA Oxford Street.
As an Internal Communications Specialist in London, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic and vibrant city, crafting compelling narratives that connect and inspire employees. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture, ensuring that every message resonates and fosters a sense of community. WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be: Week beginning 3rd March.
• Starting salary of £30,000 per annum based on competence and experience.
• 39 Hours working 5 days per week, including 2 weekends per month.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Experience in internal communications and knowledge about relevant tools is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly and influence a wider network of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritise and organise your workload in order to make the most efficient use of available time and meet agreed goals and deadlines.
• Demonstrates proactive initiative and creativity to effectively address the communication needs of the business.
• Capable of developing and implementing effective ways of working.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Support delivery of the local and national internal communication approach, developing business through people within the IKEA unit.
• Work with the People and Culture Operations Coordinator to secure consistent activation for all unit co-workers to create awareness of business and brand communications.
• Secure effective and consistent store communication across the relevant channels for audiences and secure that the channel landscape is understood and anchored with our steering groups and line managers.
• Demonstrate a good and professional dialogue with key internal and external stakeholders leading and supporting the total overview of the local and national communications approach.
• Enable change and support change processes with effective communications.
