What you'll be doing day to day
• You’ll be the go-to person for local legal entities, ensuring all People activities for co-workers in the country are executed smoothly.
• You’ll support the Recruitment & Sourcing function, identifying and driving opportunities to make IKEA a top local employer.
• You will work with stakeholders to ensure a qualitative and up-to-date succession plan, utilizing global tools and processes.
• Develop and support a co-worker relations plan that manages local interactions effectively, ensuring compliance with labor relations principles, local policies, procedures, and laws.
• Providing support and guidance to the People & Culture Manager to ensure a consistent co-worker experience for all co-workers in the country.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58,900 CAD to 81,000 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
