You bring your thought leadership, expertise and prior experience in Planning/Financial planning processes and SAP to create and deliver the roadmap.

Your responsibilities
In the Insights, Planning and Safeguarding areas, we configure, build and run planning, business risk and compliance digital solutions to enable a 40+ billion Euro business:
As Product Engineering Manager, you will have the exciting challenges
• In Planning
o Holistically analyze and assess current capabilities, process & technology solutions, in Planning, Financial Planning
o Formulate vision and roadmap for Financial Planning and Planning leveraging SAP Technologies i.e. SAP SAC Planning/IBP.
o Partner with Business Leaders and Executives, implement and deliver roadmap
• In the area of Safeguarding, i.e. Business Risk and Compliance
o Partner with Business Stakeholders to understand capabilities for Business Risk and Compliance globally across the business areas
o Work with Enterprise Architecture, Business Stakeholders and partners to identify the digital solutions including SAP GRC and non-SAP solutions, to enable a holistic business risk and compliance capability.
• Contribute to establish the SAP Center of Excellence


You will work with amazing leaders and teams
• To build and cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders globally across business, CFO organization, country, Group Digital and our partners.
• To collaborate and partner with Product Engineering Manager, Product Managers and Sub Domain Managers within Retail and Non-Retail areas within Group Digital
• To Lead with a strategic mindset to translate organizational & domain objectives into subdomain level strategic and operational roadmaps/goals with clarity, focus while staying anchored on business value delivered.
• To inspire and lead an amazing global team across India and Sweden, by providing clear direction, setting performance expectations, and delivering constructive feedback to achieve individual and collective goals.
