To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will: · Formal qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent · Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing, agency exposure highly regarded · Demonstrated social media planning and execution, TikTok highly regarded · Experience in retail marketing or FMCG, global brand highly regarded · Adobe Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
About this work area
Working within the marketing function you will drive activities in line with the content strategy and support the delivery of the annual Marketing plan. This will include mujanaging end to end executions of integrated campaigns.
• Proactively contribute to paid and owned marketing campaigns. • Lead local owned social media content planning and execution. • Produce clear communication briefs and secure a high quality of execution that will deliver relevant and inspiring campaigns to reach the campaign objectives. • Ensure creative execution in all media is aligned with the IKEA brand values, visual and copy identity guidelines. Secure that the results are consistent, relevant and engaging. • Collaborate cross-functionally in the execution of the marketing and commercial plans regarding content creation, localising global content, optimisation and content management. • Collaborating & co-creating with external agencies, agency management and campaign follow up. • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.

Additional information • This role is Permanent, Full-time, 76 hrs/fortnight. • The preferred location for the role is Service Office Tempe NSW, where hybrid working including a minimum of 3 days in Service Office is required.
