IKEA Greenwich are looking to welcome a Customer Relations Administrator, in IKEA we call this a customer relations specialist.

We are looking for a professional problem solver who can learn and work with multiple systems and tools. The ideal candidate should be able to converse across various channels while engaging with our customers. This position entails administrative work, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and operating within a stimulating environment where variety is a part of the daily routine.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: 29th March 2025
• Starting salary of £17,500 based on Competence & Experience.
• 24 Hours working 4 shifts per week including working 3 weekends out of 4.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• You like to take charge of situations, manage multiple commitments efficiently, and value teamwork, while also being able to follow through on assignments without ongoing oversight.
• You have a customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
• Be proficient with IT, the Microsoft Office suite, using the internet and relevant programmes to support the customer experience.
• The confidence to maintain composure and patience when dealing with a variety of customers and complex complaints.
• You will engage in ongoing educational growth, being equipped to manage varied requests while making quick yet equitable decisions and conveying messages clearly in accordance with IKEA Values.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Secure all back office operational processes and routines are carried out as required and in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate an appropriate & swift response to service failures by acting as the liaison between the customer, store and customer support centre.
• Provide data & follow-up on the root cause of persistent issues, sharing with all service partners and stake holders. Contribute to the creation of effective & efficient working methods & routines.
• Ensure a customer-friendly, efficient & cost-effective handling of the after-sales processes and routines.
• You ensure accurate handling of all returned products, highlighting and escalating any product issues immediately.
