  • Are you a master detective of missing Allen Keys? Do you thrive on making dreams come true, one perfectly packed order at a time? Join our Fulfilment Team at IKEA Exeter.

    We’re on the lookout for two Customer Order Pickers who can ensure every item is ready and waiting. If you’ve got an eagle eye for detail and a passion for perfection, we want you!

    WHAT WE OFFER

    • £12.60 an hour (Living Wage Foundation Employer).
    • We have two 30-hour contracts. This role requires working 3 in 4 weekends. Some shifts will start at 06:00am, and so there is an expectation you can work from this time, latest shift finishing times can be 20:30pm.
    • We can discuss this further with you at interview and we always strive to meet the needs of our co-workers whilst meeting the needs of the business.
    • Induction date will be Saturday and Sunday, 27 and 28 September 2025.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • You are comfortable using computers and handheld devices to support with the checking of stock and to answer customer questions.
    • You proactively look for tasks to be done and use your initiative to complete them in an efficient and effective manner.
    • You have an adaptable mindset allowing you to switch between different tasks/areas and work within tight timeframes.
    • You work with guidance from your manager to achieve set goals in agreed timeframes using standard ways of working.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Picking all our click and collect orders throughout the store and checking these customer orders are correct for delivery or hand-out.
    • You ensure products are available to customers by ensuring tasks in your area are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the IKEA Health, Safety & Security Rules & Regulations in your area.
    • You work to ensure the efficiency of the fulfilment operation by working in simple, cost-conscious ways, developing, and sharing good examples of ways of working.
