We’re on the lookout for two Customer Order Pickers who can ensure every item is ready and waiting. If you’ve got an eagle eye for detail and a passion for perfection, we want you!
WHAT WE OFFER
• £12.60 an hour (Living Wage Foundation Employer). • We have two 30-hour contracts. This role requires working 3 in 4 weekends. Some shifts will start at 06:00am, and so there is an expectation you can work from this time, latest shift finishing times can be 20:30pm. • We can discuss this further with you at interview and we always strive to meet the needs of our co-workers whilst meeting the needs of the business. • Induction date will be Saturday and Sunday, 27 and 28 September 2025.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• You are comfortable using computers and handheld devices to support with the checking of stock and to answer customer questions. • You proactively look for tasks to be done and use your initiative to complete them in an efficient and effective manner. • You have an adaptable mindset allowing you to switch between different tasks/areas and work within tight timeframes. • You work with guidance from your manager to achieve set goals in agreed timeframes using standard ways of working.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Picking all our click and collect orders throughout the store and checking these customer orders are correct for delivery or hand-out. • You ensure products are available to customers by ensuring tasks in your area are completed accurately and in a timely manner. • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the IKEA Health, Safety & Security Rules & Regulations in your area. • You work to ensure the efficiency of the fulfilment operation by working in simple, cost-conscious ways, developing, and sharing good examples of ways of working.
