Your responsibilities
'-Lead, inspire and develop your team to optimize the IKEA shopping experience in your area, ensuring satisfied customers and increased sales. -Ensure your shop is fully stocked, merchandised, and always in excellent shape — inspiring customers through strong range presentation. -Actively steer sales to top-selling and prioritized products to maximize sales and profitability. -Analyze performance and take action to deliver on department goals and commercial priorities. -Ensure your team has the right product knowledge and can share it effectively to improve the customer experience. -Work closely with other functions and use IKEA tools to achieve a coordinated commercial approach. -Develop your team members through coaching, feedback, and succession planning. Keep an active eye on the local market and competitors, and take action when needed. -Promote and act on IKEA’s social and environmental commitments, helping your team understand how they contribute to sustainability. -Deliver results by leading through people – combining business sense with empathy, trust, and teamwork.
