Are you a seasoned Business Transformation Leader ready to solve complex challenges head-on? We're searching for someone with a strong knowledge in change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Your communication skills will be key in articulating the reasons for change and managing stakeholders. As a skilled facilitator and coach, you'll build trustful relationships through active listening and feedback. Your experience as a people leader will shine as you guide colleagues through uncertain and complex change topics.

In this role, you'll need to thrive in dynamic environments, juggling multiple topics and priorities with ease. Your ability to navigate the unknown and manage uncertainty during transformation phases will be critical.

Business Operations Transformation (BOT) transforms our business operations in finance, tax, procurement and treasury to create the right pre-conditions for our future as an omnichannel retailer. We will now launch and implement a completely new finance and procurement operating model enabled by SAP technology – come and join this exciting and challenging journey!

Remote work possible, location flexible.

We are seeking candidates with:
hands-on experience in change management projects and implementations
competence in change management methodology and tools
understanding of local country organizations and Ingka Retail business
stakeholder management experience

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of the Business Transformation Leader is to implement the change in and outside of Finance and Procurement, through line management in the country organization. The goal is to secure effective change management execution to enable the successful adoption of the new ways of working (processes, organization, systems, and people) with successful go-live and as few issues as possible during stabilization and beyond.

As the Business Transformation Leader, you will handle many tasks, here are some examples:

Act as the main point of contact for the receiving country organization for change management requirements for BOT transformation
Identify and analyze local change impacts based on change impacts identified by the project
Ensure that effective readiness and change plans are created and executed (Communication and Engagement plan)
Establish and lead the country change network to support the change implementation and adoption
Ensure applicable education/training are planned and assigned to relevant co-workers
Support the country implementation team in progressing through the BOT journey
Support country leaders in understanding and accepting changes and impacts (incl. organizational)
Support alignment between the BOT cluster team, GBO, and the country
Plan and execute the applicable deliverables/work packages in cooperation with the country implementation team
Manage risks and issues related to transition and change, define mitigations, and drive necessary actions

This role will report to the Development & Transformation Retail Program Manager for BOT. It is a temporary assignment for 1 year (2025-03-01 until 2026-02-28). You will be expected to travel about 10%, depending on the phase of the project. Possibility to work remote, location flexible.
