Who you are
We have exciting Renewal-, Development- and Transformation Projects and are now looking for a Project Manager to the Market Establishment team !

We are making large investments in our Business and we are continuously looking at how we can get an even better outcome from the Projects we have in our Investment Portfolio. We are now looking for a new colleague, that is motivated and good at leading business changes in complex environments. You have experience from project management and are known for your good collaboration skills on all level in the organization.

You know the IKEA Range, has experiences from IKEA Retailing and puts the customer experience first. You enjoy being the spider in the web who secures clear directions and creates and implements action plans. Delivering on time and within frames is a given to you and you take pride in your strong inspirational and communication skills as well as being a leader who loves to network and secure a strong stakeholder management.

You have good knowledge of the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand and the IKEA Culture & Values as well as a good understanding of business processes and the IKEA strategic landscape and business direction.

You are motivated by leading people in the unknown and you place the customer at the center of everything we do!
Your responsibilities
You are responsible to lead different projects under the umbrella of expansion.

More specifically this means that you (among other things):

• Plan, organize and execute the project applying relevant project methodology
• Are the primary point of contact for the project, building effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Plan resource, estimating costs, setting and controlling the budget.
• Secure and lead a competent and high performing project team, involving appropriate competence and ensuring team cohesion
• Manage communication flow to stakeholders by planning and distributing relevant information at appropriate times and forums
• Secure that the project is reviewed and evaluated, with learnings documented.
Together as a team
You will be part of the Market Establishment team and together with several other stakeholders drive and lead our Business through People agenda to create a world class customer experience.
You report to the Market Establishment Manager.
