    • Who you are

    • Strong knowledge of IKEA retail and/or logistics processes, tools, and ways of working that support efficient and effective operations.
    • Deep understanding of local customer needs, preferences, and expectations to ensure a relevant and satisfying shopping experience.
    • Solid knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to own function, enabling clear performance tracking and goal achievement.
    • Proficient in relevant IT systems, solutions, and tools that support daily operations and decision-making.
    • Well-versed in the IKEA Concept, Brand Identity, and IKEA Culture & Values, ensuring alignment in all actions and communication.

    Your responsibilities

    • Actively contribute to the planning and execution of commercial activations at local, country, and global levels to ensure alignment and impactful implementation.
    • Support the execution of operational forecasting in close collaboration with commercial partners by proactively identifying deviations, addressing them, and ensuring forecast accuracy and reliability.
    • Ensure effective range management in the unit through continuous monitoring and timely corrective actions.
    • Maintain accurate stock levels by proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies in stock data.
    • Drive optimal stock structure by minimizing avoidable stock and ensuring healthy capacity utilization while keeping operational costs low.
