    For this position, you are pursuing a Master's degree in the field of supply chain or logistics, you ideally have 1 to 2 years of experience in the retail and/or logistics sectors. You possess excellent IT skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office. You can analyze figures and identify required actions. You have experience in problem-solving and improving work methods. You have an interest and experience in sales, home furnishing, supply chain, and customer service.

    You have knowledge in the following areas:

    Excellent understanding of processes in the assigned area of expertise
    Understanding of customer needs, requirements, and expectations in the market
    Knowledge of the market and industry sector
    Good knowledge of order management systems, customer assortment, and replenishment
    Good understanding and active use of all IKEA manuals
    Good knowledge of the business plan development process
    You possess a collaborative spirit, are capable of building good relationships within the organization, and can influence others in your area of expertise using your communication talents. You are well-organized to work in a structured manner, and you can perform tasks while adhering to procedures, quality standards, and deadlines. You are perfectly capable of meeting the needs of the business and customers by providing effective solutions in your area of expertise, with a results-oriented approach "from start to finish."
    A day in your life with us
    The objective of this apprenticeship position is to take responsibility for "fulfillment" in the market from start to finish by creating the prerequisites for excellent execution quality:

    Ensuring an efficient and effective return flow structure in the market.
    Monitoring the return flow and ensuring that quality information reaches the relevant parties.
    Your role will be to contribute to the daily work and development of the Availability and Operations Support organization within the market, prioritizing the customer and a collaborative approach.


    You will provide managers with expertise and advice on processes related to Availability and Support to contribute to the development of activities and employees.
    Additionally, you will implement and evaluate standards, guidelines, and policies in your area of expertise and contribute to their development and updating.
    You will be:

    Responsible for the seamless implementation of daily operations and an efficient distribution network in the market by ensuring a planning and execution process from start to finish; to do this, you will continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the return flow structure and process in the market, and initiate and lead the necessary discussions for adjustments.
    Tasked with providing a smooth shopping experience and high quality during customer interactions by establishing a sustainable return flow structure in the market, minimizing costs, and keeping in mind the agreed objectives and principles for network design and assortment allocation, as well as current legal implications, to achieve set availability goals.
    Responsible for improving work methods, systems, and tools in the market, as well as implementing global routines, system solutions, and work methods with all supply chain, sales, and customer satisfaction partners, in collaboration and co-creation with the Group Sales Orders and Forecasting team to ensure continuous improvements.
    An actor, through your knowledge and expertise, in optimizing operational and multichannel development, and activities related to tenders, as well as all matrices, global initiatives, and competence networks.
    Responsible for ensuring adequate information flow and effective communication to all relevant stakeholders, as well as alignment with the Group organization and other business partners and stakeholders.
    Responsible for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation and contributing to the development and innovation of your own market and IKEA as a whole, in close collaboration with Group Functions.
    Responsible for considering sustainability agenda parameters of the Customer Satisfaction function in the market regarding the design of the return flow and daily work processes.
