  • Who you are

    We are currently looking for a skilled team leader to join our Danish team and drive and develop our B2B agenda. You are motivated by IKEA’s values and want to contribute to a better everyday life for the many people. You come with a strong background in sales leadership, where you have built solid experience in developing and leading a team where performance and well-being go hand in hand. You have extensive knowledge of our PMA and B2B sales in general, as well as business and office trends. Additionally, you have a natural passion for developing people and ensuring that your colleagues and employees thrive in a busy and ever-changing environment.

    We also expect that you:
    • Have at least 3 years of experience in sales or key account management
    • Have at least 2 years of experience in leading and developing teams
    • Can lead the business through people
    • Have experience with stakeholder management

    What you'll be doing day to day

    Your primary task will be to make IKEA the preferred partner for business and commercial interior solutions. You will be responsible for the IKEA Business general team at RCMP (Remote Customer Meeting Point) and supporting the total IKEA for Business sales. You will ensure that the team reaches out to current and potential business customers, and you will play a key role in creating a convenient and professional customer experience – both offline and online.

    Since this is for the general team, a strong focus will be placed on coaching and leading co-workers to success. You will be expected to take ownership of the full customer journey – from sales to resolution – ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for every business customer.

    You will also contribute to our IKEA for Business action plan and analyze sales and customer satisfaction for process and performance optimization.

    Additionally, you will be expected to:
    • Optimize IKEA for Business sales and profit
    • Contribute positively to the team’s well-being and development
    • Ensure the relevance of IKEA’s business solutions in the market
    • You will be responsible for both a sales team and a resolution team which are responsible for treating B2B customers in a sales perspective and aftersales perspective.
    • Experience in “outreaching sales” / Outbound sales (cold canvas) where we in different ways contact the customers

    Other informations

    • The position is for an average of 37 hours per week
    • Flexibility regarding working hours is important, including availability for weekend and evening work as needed
    • You will have the possibility to work remote from home and at our office at Remote Customer Meeting Point in Taastrup (near the store)
    • We aim for a start date of August 1, 2025, or by agreement
