    • You are fluent in Danish or a Scandinavian language and English.

    The ideal candidate has:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in leading and/or influencing co-workers, including in remote or hybrid environments.

    Your responsibilities

    • A big part of the job is to evaluate customer interactions and coach your co-workers into better performance. You must love people and have an eagerness to do better than the day before.
    • You will be part of a sales organization with 8 other leaders
    • Possibility to work remote from home and at our office at RCMP in Taastrup (near the store)
    • Duty-shifts (jour) containing both weekends and evenings (1 work weekend every 8-10th week, and one evening a week on average)
    • We want to have fun while we deliver our goals, we strongly believe that if we love what we do it will help us deliver better results
    • You will do recruitment for your team, and drive both people and business processes together with relevant stakeholder
    • We are working closely with IKEA Global on how to deliver and outperform our goal settings
    • Your team interacts with customers by phone, email, chat, and planning sessions with a camera selling the dream solutions, wardrobes, bathroom and/or utility room.

    Other informations

    • You will be on an individual, flexible contract for 37 hours per week.
    • You’ll work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with 1–2 evening shifts a week and every 8th weekend — with some flexibility in hours.
    • Salary within IKEA’s salary policy based on your competencies and including pension. • We have various benefits such as Health insurance, massage, canteen, staff discount, discounts club with external partners, yearly gift, and bonus.
    • We aim for a start date of September 1st, 2025, or by agreement
