    • It is expected that you know how and enjoy working on a computer, and that you like to follow up, since 90% of our work is by a computer.
    • We are a hybrid workplace, meaning you need to be comfortable leading remotely.

    Your responsibilities

    • You will be part of a big team of 34 co-workers in total and 2 other team leaders, for the remote kitchen sales.
    • You will lead a team of 10-14 co-workers in the core area kitchen. Your team interacts with customers by phone, email, chat, and planning sessions with a camera, selling the dream kitchen, bathroom and/or utility room.
    • You will be working closely with the IKEA Head Office and IKEA Global on how to deliver and outperform our goal settings.
    • You must love people and have an eagerness to do better than the day before.
    • The team leaders share the responsibility of being jour. Here, you are the responsible leader for the daily operations, together with the operations responsible. This means that you will be expected to work evenings and on the weekends once in a while.
    • You will have a high focus on coaching and developing our co-workers, so you need to have a passion for people.

    You will be one out of 6 leaders in the sales organization of RCMP (Remote Customer Meeting Point) and 1 out of 12 team leaders in RCMP total.

    Other information

    • You will be on an individual, flexible contract for 37 hours per week.
    • Jour-shifts containing both weekends and evenings (1 work weekend every 8-10th week).
    • Salary within IKEA’s salary policy based on your competencies and including pension.

    • Desired start date 1st of September or ASAP.
