    • The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their bachelor’s degree program or enrolled in a master’s Program
    What you'll be doing day to day
    As part of the team, you will work with our Customer Experience Manager to provide support in driving the development of customer experience inside the Meeting Places, putting the customer in the heart of every action that the meeting Place plans or takes. Provide enjoyable, memorable and personalized customer experience before, during and after the visit, online and offline.
    • Co-create the Customer Experience Program for the Meeting Place by providing solutions which enhance the Customer Journey
    • Execute on assigned tasks which contribute to strategic priorities, leveraging their specific customer experience expertise and knowledge of standards on local and different markets.
    • Create and manage customized events and marketing activities
    • Follow-up, accumulate and share practices and lessons learnt with other Meeting Places. Ensure the appropriate documentation of customer experience related materials
