    Who you are

    About you
    As Supply Planning & Inventory Specialist you are or have:
    • Supporting operational forecasting and collaborating with commercial partners to monitor and improve forecast accuracy.
    • Acting as the go-to contact for range administration and supply-related queries across departments.
    • Managing range planning and ensuring alignment with sales space parameters and product availability.
    • Maintaining the store’s assortment, including new and outgoing items, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensuring stock accuracy through proactive monitoring and action.
    • Supporting local commercial activations to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
    • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and operational excellence.

    To be considered for this role experience in the following is essential:
    • Proven experience in demand & supply planning.
    • Strong knowledge of stock availability and inventory accuracy.
    • Minimum intermediate Excel skills (advanced preferred).

    What you need to know

    • This role is permanent, full-time.
    • The internal role title is Fulfilment Integration Specialist
    • The desired start date for this role is 17 November 2025.
    • This role requires availability to work 8:00am – 4:00pm weekdays and alternating weekend shifts, as our store operates 7 days a week.
    • Work locations include IKEA Sylvia Park and our External Warehouse in Māngere.
    • As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates. which includes Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check.
