Additional information: • This role is Permanent Part-time, 60hrs/fortnight. • Applications close Friday 8 August 2025 • You must be available to work a rotating roster with shifts scheduled between the hours of 8:00am and 9:30pm, and be available to work 3 out of 4 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).

As Sales Co-worker - Kitchen Planning, your responsibilities will include: • Designing tailored solutions to solve customers’ kitchen and home furnishing needs. • Actively approaching customers, asking insightful questions, and advising them on the best kitchen solutions for their lifestyle and space. • Supporting customers throughout their kitchen design journey using our kitchen planning software. • Follow up with customers after their initial planning appointment offering further advice, answering questions, and helping them move closer to their dream kitchen. • Ensure the sales area is always stocked, well-presented, attractively merchandised, and correctly priced. • Build strong relationships with your team and other departments, contributing to a collaborative, inclusive working environment. • Stay knowledgeable about in-store promotions, delivery options, product features, and benefits to better assist and inspire customers.
As Sales Co-worker you are or have: • A passion for home furnishings and a keen eye for quality, maintaining a strong level of product knowledge and a love for sharing the IKEA range with customers. • A strong customer-focused mindset, always striving to deliver a memorable and positive shopping experience. • An authentic approach to generating sales, paired with a professional, self-motivated approach towards achieving sales targets and KPIs. • Clear and concise communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. • A ‘Togetherness’ mindset, with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with your team. • Proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn the technical aspects of the IKEA range and digital planning tools. • IT systems capability with an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA product range, tools, and systems.
