    Additional Information:
    • This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight
    • Applications close Tuesday 22 July 2025
    • This role requires the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts between 8:00am to 9:00pm across 7 days. The roster includes working every second weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) with the availability to work additional weekends as required (one out of four weekends will be rostered off).

    About this work area

    As Sales (Customer Loyalty) Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
    • Optimising the IKEA Family and IKEA Business customer loyalty programs to grow our core customer base, help to build brand loyalty, and increase sales with the support of the store Commercial Team
    • Supporting strong planning and implementation of campaigns and offers, and quick actions to adjust when needed so we meet the agreed goals.
    • Creating and delivering engaging in-store activations to inspire visitors to become IKEA Family or IKEA Business members, and members to want to visit the store more often.
    • Monitoring the performance of in-store activations and sharing results and learnings to continuously improve how we engage our customers.
    • Training and supporting co-workers to build their competence in promoting IKEA family and IKEA Business Network offers.
    • Collaborating across the store to ensure loyalty visibility in communication, range presentation and stock availability.
    • Ensuring customers always find it easy to shop the range by making sure retail basics are in place



    As Sales (Customer Loyalty) Coordinator you are or have:
    • Previous foundational experience in marketing, events or delivering customer engagement activations is highly valued.
    • An understanding of customer clubs or loyalty programmes in a retail environment.
    • A strong interest in home furnishing and a love for working in a fast-paced operational environment.
    • Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences through events, activations, and campaigns – and confident in engaging co-workers to help bring those moments to life.
    • Ability to build knowledge of the IKEA product range and customers to help optimise sales and engagement.
    • Strong attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal communication skills. You have the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and effectively utilise other relevant systems.
