    Your responsibilities

    '- You work closely with the Bathroom team to ensure customers receive a positive and seamless shopping experience.
    - You actively support bathroom-related marketing and in-store activities, using them as opportunities to drive sales in Kitchens, aligned with your HFB manager’s direction.
    - You contribute to managing range changes effectively and help ensure that co-workers understand how the IKEA concept applies to their specific roles.
    - You lead ISELL-related training and coaching for Bathroom co-workers, building a knowledgeable and customer-focused team.
    - You maintain accurate records of each co-worker’s completion of technical modules and ISELL-specific training.
    - You foster collaboration with other functions by sharing knowledge and working together to present the product range in the most commercially effective way.
