    Your responsibilities

    '- You take full ownership of the product range by ensuring your shop is always in excellent shape—fully stocked, merchandised to IKEA standards, and designed to inspire customers to make confident buying decisions independently.
    - You and your team actively drive sales by focusing on top-selling and prioritized products, acting quickly on overstock, out-of-stock, and customer feedback while continuously analyzing performance, competition, and supply.
    - You ensure optimal staffing by placing the right number of capable co-workers in the right place at the right time, empowering them to actively support and guide customers throughout their shopping journey.
    - You make the best use of IKEA’s sales, communication channels, and know-how to align store actions with national Home Furnishing Business (HFB) priorities, supported by clear action plans and regular follow-ups using best practices.
    - You build strong product and service knowledge within your team, ensuring that co-workers confidently share this with customers to enhance the overall shopping experience and boost long-term profitability.
    - You lead with a focus on team development and succession planning, while also promoting IKEA’s social and environmental commitments and embedding sustainability into daily work with your team.
