    Your responsibilities

    '- You take full ownership of your department's product range, ensuring it aligns with IKEA’s commercial priorities and volume targets to optimize sales and profitability.
    - You act quickly on commercial opportunities, product availability issues, and customer feedback, while continuously monitoring performance, competition, and market trends to drive agile decision-making.
    - You maintain the store in excellent shape—clean, priced, well-assembled, and fully stocked—so customers can independently make buying decisions, with merchandising that inspires and reflects the full IKEA product range.
    - You ensure the right number of skilled co-workers are available at the right time to support customers, while equipping your team with strong knowledge of the range and services to enhance the shopping experience.
    - You implement and follow through on departmental goals and country business priorities with a clear action plan, leveraging proven solutions and best practices to lead performance and secure commercial results.
    - You lead your team with a strong focus on development, succession planning, and sustainability, actively promoting IKEA’s social and environmental commitments in daily operations.
